If I am constantly working on Balancing my wheel, and I am committed to keeping a strong Centre, I now have to do something with all of this, and that is to find meaning and purpose in all of my past and all of my future.  I have to strive for Alignment between my core values and my goals..

Do I try to align my balanced wheel, or can I seek to align each spoke with the goal?  How can I align my marriage with the goal?  How do I set objectives and discipline around my finances such that they are in line with my goals?  And so on....

Alignment, discovering our gifts, calling, priorities, and discerning how to apply them  is hard, real hard. 

Why do people interpret the stars, read cards and tea leaves, consult clairvoyants, throw the bones?  Because they want to know ‘what happens next’.  People hope to see the future, know their path, align their plans.  But it is against a moving target when the centre is not known and maintained..
