LifeStage Coaching is a focused approach to life, career, and performance coaching.

Jeremy Farrell has been formally coaching and mentoring individuals and teams since 2004, drawing on 20 years of experience in the IT industry at all organisational levels. Jeremy's specialty is in the field of personal leadership: the identification and achievement of personal and professional goals throughout various LifeStages, Events, and Transitions. His regular clients particularly value coaching and mentoring around values, meaning, purpose, and personal and project leadership. The coaching practice is located at Briar Way, Oakridge Estate, Constantia, and telephone coaching is available.  Please note consultation is by prior appointment only.

Jeremy also has over 15 years of experience in Christian service, leadership and discipleship, which has given him a particular interest in coaching Christian men in and through their LifeStages.
