Mentorship is a relationship that exists between two
or more people with the primary purpose of passing on the accumulated wisdom and
insights of the ‘senior’ member of the relationship with respect to
particular elements of their life, work and/or ministry.
This will have a predominantly practical focus, within a Christian
framework. In mentorship, the interaction would be in terms of
actions, habits, steps, goals, commitments. | "Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will." (Romans 12:2 NIV) |
