Why is it that when we speak of reinventing the wheel that we are using it as a metaphor for something we should NOT do? What if your wheel needs reinventing? Or at very least renovating, reviewing or renewing? What if your wheel is pulling to the left or right? What if it is developing road noise? Creating a lot of vibration? Creating flatspots on the tyre? What if it is beconing a very wobbly wheel? What can we do to Align, Balance , Centre our wheels of life? Reinventing
the Wheel Wheels
need care, and three key factors in that care are Alignment,
Balance, and Centricity.

Alignment, Balance and Centricity, the ABC’s of my wheel, my wheel of
life. Imagine your life as a wheel, and this wheel has a job to do, a route to take, a speed to maintain. It has to handle the bumps and turns in the road, it has to handle high speed, tight corners, sharp braking, handbrake turns and the odd bit of showing off. Your wheel is powered, or at least it should be.
